Guidelines for Booth Activities and Professional Exhibition Behaviour
All exhibitors are required to be in compliance with the EFPIA Code and the medicines advertising regulations, and are encouraged to be sensitive, and as reasonably accommodating as possible, to visitors with disabilities.
As a matter of safety and courtesy to others, exhibitors are only allowed to display and distribute advertising materials within their own booth space, and all activities, including demonstrations and sound systems, should be conducted in a manner causing no disturbance to neighbouring exhibitors. In cases to the contrary, Lif Exhibition is authorised to exclude exhibitors from the event.
Special caution should be taken when demonstrating machinery or equipment that has moving parts, equipment with an open flame, or any product that is otherwise potentially dangerous. Exhibitors should establish a minimum setback of 60 cm and/or install hazard barriers to prevent accidental injury to visitors.
In general, order taking is allowed, but no money may be exchanged. Visitor information may not be scanned without approval, and live animals and helium balloons in the exhibition hall are strictly prohibited.
Food and Beverage
Lif Exhibition strives to create welcoming, clean and comfortable environments for staff and visitors. Food and beverages may be consumed in the exhibition hall, but should be purchased or coordinated with the official catering service, excluding wrapped candies.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted. Permission can however be obtained by contacting Lif Exhibition. Popcorn machines are strictly prohibited.
