Halls, passages, overhead spaces, public meeting rooms, and other meeting facilities are managed by Lif Exhibition. All exhibitors are expected to comply with the following booth allocation rules as established by Lif Exhibition:
• Obstructive booth designs are not allowed
• Displays, furniture, and the like in public passages are strictly prohibited
• Banners spanning public passages are strictly prohibited
• If the exhibit hall is not carpeted, exhibitors must carpet their own booths
Exhibitors may find the International Association of Exhibitions and Events™ (IAEE) Guidelines for
Display Rules and Regulations (North American) 2009 Update interesting.
Lif Exhibition reserves the right to remove any offensive or inappropriate signs or decorations from the exhibition hall. All booths must be set up and ready at least 30 minutes prior to opening of the event. Any booth space not occupied will be considered a no-show, and the space will be forfeited by the exhibitor. The forfeited space may be resold or used by Lif Exhibition without obligation for any refund whatsoever, unless arrangements for delayed occupancy have been made.
